I called Roto-rooter on a Saturday afternoon after failing at removing my shower cartridge. Tony came by that evening and quoted me a reasonable price to just remove the cartridge because I felt pretty confident that I could install it myself. He somehow got the cartridge out and left. When I went back to install it, I ran into problems so I called Roto-Rooter back, and Tony called me and tried to help me troubleshoot the problem. I sent him a video of my problem and he was extremely helpful. In my mind, he went above and beyond to help me out since he knew I was stuck with the water being shut off. He was on the phone with me at least three times that evening trying to help me resolve the issue. I finally turned the water on at 9 pm. Tony was outstanding in the service he provided.

Major work and I knew it was coming. Replacing long parts of galvanized metal pipe. I feel veryy confident and Shane kept in touch with me through the process as I was out town.

He was highly professional, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even sent detailed pictures of the situation so I knew exactly what was going on. Nothing like having your hot water tank die right before the biggest snow / ice storm is supposed to hit. Tony came out same day and gave us an extremely reasonable quote, then scheduled installation for the next day. He appeared efficient getting everything in place and was exceptionally courteous and helpful. I'm thankful we called Roto-Rooter and Tony is an asset to their service. Highly recommended, will call again when needed!
