We had a wonderful experience with this cleaning company! Every room looked spotless, and it was clear they paid attention to the little details that make such a big difference. The team was friendly, respectful of our space, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We truly appreciate the care they put into their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services!
Also, fantastic natural products used.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Natural Zen Cleaning! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. It looked amazing when they were done—everything was spotless, fresh, and cleaned with care.

I especially appreciate their commitment to using non-toxic, natural cleaning products. It’s such a relief knowing my home is clean without being filled with harsh chemical smells or residues.

The team was friendly, punctual, and went above and beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning company that does exceptional work and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Natural Zen Cleaning. I’ll definitely be using them again!!

We get a monthly basic clean which includes bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. They send a team of 4 people for our 1700sqft house. The cleaners themselves are great: on time, efficient and with good attention to detail. They do great work. Scheduling, however, can be a bit of a nightmare. We wish we could have the same day and time, but it's different every month, and sometimes we don't know when they're coming until a day or two before. One star off because communication is often difficult and frustrating. Once when the team was sick, we didn't know they weren't coming until we had already woken up early to wait for them. We just got an automated text message saying we'd been rescheduled to a day/time we'd already stated didn't work for us. A simple email saying, "Hey, our team called out sick today, when can we reschedule for?" would have been appreciated. We can't beat the price, however, so we'll be sticking with Natural Zen for the time being.

The team came in and did an amazing job with the deep clean we requested. The attention to detail and meticulous nature of their cleaning was very obvious. Things that we never thought would be included in the service were done with painstaking care. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Kristen, Marta, and crew are by far the best cleaners we’ve had. They are incredibly efficient, thorough, and always leave our home looking amazing. We especially appreciate that they use non-toxic products, and the fresh, clean scent that lingers afterward is a wonderful bonus. We couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them!”
