At 6 in the morning we had water standing ankle deep in the bathroom and running through the house. Erik came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it. He also referred out to other contractors to talk about long term issues. Great service and polite, knowledgeable technician. Thanks Erik!

Our plumber arrived in a very timely manner. He was friendly, professional and solved our problem very quickly. He also told us how to avoid it happening again. (Flushable wipes are not flushable after all!). We have used this roto-rooter before and will call them again when needed. They are wonderful!

Where to begin. I will never use this company again. If I could leave zero stars I would.
I called on a Saturday due to upstairs toilets and shower not draining. Scheduling was very easy and the guys came on a Sunday morning. They were there for 1.5 hours, they were both friendly, and fixed the clog.
The bill was $878.00. I absolutely understand it's a weekend and the rates should be higher, but my goodness, I don't know of another industry where the labor rate is over $500/hour, not even my attorney charges that much per hour.
That said, I was fine paying this to get it fixed after hours.
But then, I noticed that when they re-installed my toilet, they left a 6 inch crack in the porcelain at the bolt of the toilet to the floor (see pictures), AND to make matters worse did not tell me about it before leaving. The crack was so obvious, I saw the crack as soon as I walked in the bathroom.
So these guys were obviously hoping I wouldn't notice, and/or wouldn't say anything.
I called Roto Rooter that same day, and waited over 4 hours to hear from somebody about how they were going to fix the toilet they had just broken and tried to hide.
They scheduled for two guys to come the next day at 11:30. The day of that appointment, I get three calls from their dispatching office, telling me the wrong time for their arrival. Each time I had to remind the gentleman that we had scheduled 11:30, not the time the dispatcher had said.
Finally, they sent two guys back out to replace the toilet, which they did. But unfortunately this doesn't end here.
They then informed me that I would need to go out and buy toilet shims, and plumbing caulk, to finish around where the toilet attached to the floor. So now, $18 later at Ace Hardware, I have to personally fix something that wasn't even broken to begin with, and that I already paid $878 to deal with.
I will never use this company again. It was a dumpster fire from start to finish.

Came out and figured out an ongoing issue without resorting to the most drastic and expensive service first. Marco and Emmanuel were respectful, kept me updated and did a great job.
