Dr. O and her staff are phenomenal professionals. I am always greeted warmly and promptly when I arrive. I rarely need to wait even 10 minutes to be seen, I really appreciate that they respect my time. My before and after pictures are astonishing. I came in with dark spots and acne. Through micro needling and laser treatments I have seen significant improvements. The treatments are worth the hype. The staff is professional and the products they sell are top notch.

The staff was professional and the treatment itself was fine, but I was surprised by the pricing. I paid $220 to laser a very small spot on my nose, and the entire visit including check-in and check-out took less than 15 minutes total. I honestly expected a med spa to be more affordable than a dermatologist, or at least to take into account how minimal and quick the treatment was. I regret not having just gone to a dermatologist instead. The service itself wasn’t bad — the spot is gone. I just personally did not feel the value matched the cost.

Everyone at Radiant Reflections is kind and helpful! Felicia gave me a massage at this appointment to help with chronic pain in my back, shoulders, and neck from a car wreck I had years ago. She has magic hands and truly cares about making her clients feel better. I will always recommend her!
