Alex, their technician came by on a Tuesday to take measurements and discuss options. He explained my best options for replacing the rollup door on my shop. I get why people choose a rollup door it’s cheaper but when you have tornado winds they don’t hold up, they flex and that’s what happens to ours. The door blew in and I couldn’t get it to budge. Both of my options were basically to go with a standard panel door with a side mount motor (best thing ever). Alex called around to make sure parts and everything were available and wrote up the estimate and explained everything. Price was what I was expecting. He was able to get the installation scheduled in 2 days (Thursday). Installation crew showed up a little early and got right to. I wanted to see how they were going to remove the rollup door. Cut, pry and a lot of muscle work but they got it out. Install was pretty quick too.
From start to finish was excellent. I still need to add some edge seal but hey the door looks awesome and the motor is so quiet. My neighbor is a little jealous I guess you can say.
I HIGHLY Recommend Express Garage Door.

Outstanding Service in Farmers Branch!
I called Express Garage Door after my spring broke early in the morning and they had a technician at my door within the hour. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done before touching anything. He replaced the spring, lubricated the rollers and hinges, and did a full safety check — all in under an hour.
My garage door is running quieter and smoother than it has in years. Fair pricing, no surprise charges, and genuinely friendly service. You can tell this company takes pride in their work.
Highly recommend Express Garage Door to anyone in Farmers Branch or the Dallas area. These are my go-to guys from now on!

The sales representative showed up on time, and the price was comparable to the other estimates we received. We had the complete door and opener replaced, and everything works great. The installers were easy to work with and hauled off the old door and opener.

The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the wiring by the opener wasn’t neatly tied up and zip-tied as shown in the pictures.

Overall, I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
