We have a large 2-car garage with a heavy 800 lb door and a side mounted motor. The support strings on one side broke, causing the door to drop unevenly and come out of the tracks, leaving one side fully down and the other halfway up. With both cars parked inside, it was a very risky situation.

A couple of technicians initially tried to fix it and to their credit were transparent in acknowledging they were not the right fit for a door of this size and complexity. That’s when we contacted Imperial Overhead Garage Door Repair. Brett came out on a weekend with very short notice, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what had failed, and provided a clear, fair estimate. He resolved the entire problem cleanly and safely within a couple of hours.

The price was very reasonable given the expertise, speed, and weekend emergency support. Brett also adjusted the tracks and relubed them, which made a noticeable improvement in the smoothness and overall feel of the door.

Called this company on Wednesday, they came out next day and replaced bracket and weather stripping on bottom of garage door. Quick and affordable, with wonderful customer support. The tech was very friendly and did a great job, and was very knowledgeable considering my garage door was 40 years old. He knew exactly what was needed and completed the job fast. I'm very pleased with this company. Their were large gaps under garage door weather stripping letting in leaves and cold air during winter time. Now it's completely sealed up!!!

Benito and Daniel did an amazing job with my garage door. They explained the full process and showed me where the damages were and gave me the best recommendation so I wouldn’t have future problems. Great service, honest company, my hats off to Taylor, thank you Nick. While all the other Garage Services came to sell me a Garage Door he didn't. He was more than willing to reconnect the cable that had came off the pulley. I asked for his honest professional opinion he gave it to me but in the end I still had options and wasnt force into making any expensive decision. I end up replacing the Garage Door by choice and even replaced the Garage Door Opener with a LiftMaster. Highly recommended! Great Price and Professional service. Best service ever! We’re first-time homeowners and had no idea what the issue was with our garage, other than it wasn’t opening and we had places to be! I called Imperial and they had a technician, Bret, out within a couple hours! He came in, immediately knew what was wrong (springs broke!), and fixed it in 30 minutes on the spot. Upfront, reasonable pricing, professional, and our garage sounds better than ever (and opens again!). And Bret is a fellow Razorback from Fayetteville, AR (wooooo pig! These guys rock! I called them at 5PM to get my garage door looked at as our house was hit by lightning over the weekend. Michael came 2 hours later and confirmed that our motor and sensors had to be replaced. He had the right tools and hardware with him and got everything installed within an hour! Our garage doors are so quiet now, made a huge difference, plus we love all of the new features that came with the install. Michael was super knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, it was clear to see that he knew what he was doing! We are super happy with the end result! Great job Michael! Our two-car garage door buckled when we tried to close it, and we couldn't get through to any repair shops — no one was available. We were so relieved when Daniel sent a technician out at 8:00 pm to help us. It was a huge blessing because we couldn’t close the door and were worried it might fall on our vehicles. I recently had an issue with my garage door and searched online for a repair company. This company came up, and I’m so glad I called them. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

When I first called, I spoke with Ed, who was very professional, kind, and helpful. He explained the process, took my information, and let me know a technician would be out shortly. Before the technician arrived, Ed even gave me a courtesy call to keep me updated, which I really appreciated.

During one of my calls, I also spoke with the manager Daniel, and he was just as professional and attentive. I didn’t want to leave him out because every person I interacted with at this company was truly a pleasure to work with.

The technician, Taylor, arrived on time and was fantastic. He took the time to explain what had caused my garage door issue and quickly had it working smoothly again.

To top it all off, I even received a follow-up call afterward to make sure everything was still running well. That kind of care and customer service really stood out to me.
I highly recommend this company! Great service, great prices, and an overall excellent experience.

Please humor me in following along with this lengthy review regarding my experience today with Imperial Overhead Garage Door Repair.  Wife and I were enjoying some dinner last night when we heard that stomach-turning, crashing, loud sound, coming from the garage; that if you've ever had a garage spring break on you, its a very familiar sound that you never want to hear.  I immediately sent a message on Google requesting estimates.  I received over 10 estimates in 5 minutes. Some estimates were very low, but the ratings for most of those companies were "concerning."

Fast forward to today, Friday. I had a company lined up to come to the house at noon.  However, I received a text after noon stating that the technician was re-routed and that it would be 'later'.  'Later' then turned into 'can't make it today, but can come out on Sunday'.

I was then faced with a decision -  to wait until Sunday for a very low price, or find someone that could come out on a Friday afternoon on short notice and hopefully, provide a reasonable quote.  I chose to take my chances and search for a company that could come out today.  Because Imperial had nearly 100% 5-Star reviews and the owner responds to nearly all reviews, I gave Imperial a call. I spoke first with Joe, who was very helpful, provided a reasonable price range and said he could send someone in 30 minutes.  I then began texting with Nick, who is the owner, and who was equally friendly, professional and helpful.  I was told that Bret (Technician Manager) had finished his previous job and was on his way to my home.  Brett arrived, very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Brett has worked on garage doors nearly his entire life and could probably replace a garage spring with a blindfold.

Bret completed the job in less than 30 minutes and was then on his way out.  The price was great and the work and professionalism was equally fantastic!

Thank you Bret!  If anyone is needing garage door work, just make one call to Imperial, you will be pleased.  Spoken from a new customer for life!

Oh my goodness what can I say about this company. They were a blessing a came home from work my entire door was hanging on. I couldn’t fix it but I didn’t want to leave my cars outside nor leave my garage door open. So my wife went on the internet found this amazing company they came out right away. A real nice young man name Michael he came out kept it real with us and told us what he could do and what he was gone replace.
