This post office has proved to be the most unreliable post office I have ever used and I have lived in Campbell for the last 3 years.
First off I challenge you to call this post office anytime, of any day. They simply do not answer the phone. Secondly, I challenge you to push the button in the front lobby for package pickup. They NEVER come to the door which forces you to get in line and ask for your package. Now comes the next issue. The line is quite often 6 or 7 customers long and often only with minimal staff on hand. They staff is friendly but for the most part not too knowledgeable. I have asked questions about registered mail and Google saved the day with correct information.
We went on vacation for 3 weeks and put in a hold mail request 9 days before we left. We received an email saying the hold would go through. We even received an email stating the hold would soon end. When we opened our mailbox it was stuffed with mail from every day we were gone. When I went in to the post office the next day to question what happened I was outright lied to. I was told it all went out "that morning". When I said I had the mail before "that morning" I merely received a shrug of the shoulders.
As far as deliveries go, our important mail simply does not show up. We have the postal app that shows photographs of the items being delivered that day. Over a short period of time we have had credit cards not arrive, two US government checks never arrived. Passport information vanished also along with other various important looking ($$$) envelopes. When I tried to call the post office to ask questions....nobody answers the phone. When I went in to question the missing letters I literally received a shrug of the shoulders with the statement that they just did not know.
Today I experienced yet another complete failure in the apartment building I live in. I dropped letters into the outgoing box in the mailroom. I mailed them 3 days ago and when I went in to pick up my mail today...there was a pile of outgoing mail left on the counter. So....they do not pick up the outgoing mail daily and today multiple outgoing letter from myself and other residents was just in a pile as they were forgotten by the carrier after sitting in the box for 3 days?
If a post office had to make a profit they would already be out of business.
It is a shame but the Campbell California post office (95008) is horrible. They are totally incompetent.

One of the best post offices I’ve ever been too and I go a LOT for my small business. Wait times are never too crazy, staff is friendly, good amount of parking spaces. Love these guys! Can’t go anywhere else

Clear instructions and great service.

I went for a passport appointment today, at the time I entered the room, the staff gave clear instructions on where is the waiting area. The whole process happened in a private space, it was
fast and efficient, the staff is experienced and caring as well.

Full of lies. Terrible communication about passport walk-ins. The website says 8-9 walk-ins are available. We were there at 8:45. However, there is a clipboard that says sign up available at 6am. (No communication until you actually walk in)

Random notes everywhere on walls written by markers so that they can keep their upper hand. For example, “all documents are needed copies money order before appointment” and when I tried to get money order from THEM they said it has to happen during appointment!

On top of that, they were also selective about who to help. We were there with an infant at 8:45, and a guy came after us a teenage probably, they helped him and not us.

Another employee asked us to wait maybe someone does not show up for their appointment (thank you my guy). Then, the lady came to see if there is somebody with an appointment and no one was there except us.

She gave us a side eye and went back. We waited for 1+ hours NO ONE WITH AN APPOINTMENT SHOWED UP. And no one helped us. Then they said you’re not guaranteed to be seen.

After torturing our infant for 2 hours and so many lies and inconsistencies we just gave up.

This place does not know the basics of appointments and human interaction.
