I recently called State Farm for home and auto insurance quotes and reached an agent named Mary Gilbert. She did an excellent job in every way: knowledgable, attentive, competent, gracious and efficient. She answered my questions, provided quotes, met my requirements, and set up call back times that fit my schedule. I appreciate being able communicate with a live person, which State Farms offers VS having to rely on robots & websites for crucial information. I have now switched both policies now and so far I am very pleased!
