State Farm has been great to me, Curtis and Katy have been AMAZING. I had an accident shortly after switching from another company and they took care of me like I would expect for a longtime customer. Constant updates, easy to understand correspondence, and multiple speedy quotes when I was shopping for a new car. These people don’t just do this for a paycheck, they ask me about work and family, actually remember details I give, and even surprised me with a call to go over benefits I could take advantage of for no extra cost. If all the extra bells and whistles don’t excite you, at least know I got my deductible back fast and easy after my not-at-fault accident, and rates are low. This is an amazing company and location.
