So far, so good. Haven’t had any mice since they put the rodent Control down. Spoke too soon. There was a mouse in my trap in the basement green X is coming back next week. The service again at no cost but not happy about the mouse in my basement. This is why I got greenix is to control the rodents.

I was able to schedule a next day appointment for a hornets nest very close to my front door. The technician arrived within the window and texted ahead of time. He was friendly, quick and braver than I!

Corey, the representative from Greenix, was great! He addressed every issue I had, took the time to explain everything clearly, and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his help. This was honestly one of the best service visits I've had. Thank you!

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING. I hired this company 2 years ago out of their Bridgewater office for their environmentally friendly treatments. They handled my mosquitoes OK. I still occasionally got bit when going outside unlike the former company I had but Greenix was still better than no spray for mosquitoes.
I also hired them to get rid of the new rodent hole which opened up on side of house. All they did was put 4 bait boxes around outside of my house. 2 years later, I now have 7 holes around my house on a quarter acre of land. Mostly right along my foundation wall. (I have no basement). Multiple times the workers would full up the bait boxes and tell me they would return to check on the box due to high activity but they would NEVER return unless I called. Bait boxes were 100% empty the next time they returned.
I spent an entire Saturday cleaning out my garage from the amount of rodent droppings I found. I cautiously clean and disinfected. Even had to throw some stuff away. I lived here for years without issue in garage until these holes appeared. They said they are voles.
Also, 3 times in 2 years I caught agents lying and saying they performed the contractual treatments when all they did was drive up, wait in car, walk round property once and then leave. I have cameras all over my property. How do you send a confirmation email saying the job was done when you lied. I even sent footage to Greenix. All they did was send another guy.
They also completely missed my appointment in June due to system issues. They did ever credit me for it? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
I called multiple times and report those issues.
They dont really care about you and your needs. They just want the $$.
Their customer service on the phone is just as bad. I called and asked to speak to an account manager and they transfered me to someone else who I spent 10 min explaining why to end my service only for her to tell me she will send me to an account manager. They don't even really listen to you when you call.
I would NOT recommend them. AVOID THEM.
I will be filing a complaint with BBB. They still owe me credit for lack of service in June.
I fired Greenix today! I hired Cowleys instead.
