I cannot even describe how amazing Garrison was and how professional and reliable he was. We had a mouse in our apartment that stayed for five days and Garrison always answered our calls and came back as many times we needed to make sure to mouse was caught. Cannot recommend their service enough!!!!

Garrison is a very thoughtful, thorough and understanding rodent killer. Effective too. It isn't a one-shot deal to get rid of the mice, and Garrison made sure that by the end of the step-wise elimination process we were completely mice-free. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

I could not recommend Providence Pest Control Solutions enough! After finding an extremely satisfied review of Garrison’s work on NextDoor, I decided to give Providence Pest Control Solutions a try. Some background - we’ve had bed bugs before and had people use chemical treatments, but six months later (this year) we found the problem had re-emerged. I’ve gone through three bed bug companies before using Providence Pest Control Solutions and I have to say, I’ve never felt more at ease and confident in a bed bug company and expert. Other companies will try to frighten you so you throw exorbitant amounts of $$ at the problem (capitalizing on fear), but this company is extremely reasonable and just down right “good people”! Thank you Providence Pest Control!

Garrison was prompt hard working and professional. I was waking up with unexplained bite marks and feared the worse case scenario was a potential issue with bedbugs. Garrison went over my home with a fine tooth come and assured me that my home wasn’t infested. He spared no expense and treated my home as if It had been infested. He told me that one of my neighbors was the culprit because bedbugs are relentless and don’t cease from biting their hosts. Sure enough less than two weeks I observed one crawling I my buildings hallway. I immediately notified my super you called in exterminator services and just as Garrison told me my neighbor had an infestation in his apartment. I am so grateful for his services.

Providence came to my rental building because of a rodent infestation. Garrison was on time, didn't need hand holding, told me what the issue was and addressed it. He also gave me great advice on how to remedy the problem in the future. As a busy landlord it is nice to have a "set it and forget it" contractor.
