Cole and Karla were fantastic to work with every step of the way. Kind and caring, professional, patient, and then when the time came - the best advocates for me! Cole achieved the maximum available settlement from my insurance company. I highly recommend them. Jokingly, I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call. And they are absolutely who I would recommend to anyone who needs a personal injury lawyer.

They kept me informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I always felt like a priority, not just another case. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend their services.

While cycling in the Park City, Ut. area, I was struck from behind by an inattentive driver and suffered multiple injuries including having my triceps tendon in my arm torn from the bone requiring surgery and a brace for three months.
A friend recommended Cole Bingham to represent me. Cole is a cyclist himself and that reassured me and he had great empathy for my situation.
My situation with the driver was complicated because there were questions as to whether the driver was working or not and of course his personal insurance was at the minimum.
Cole managed the situation with aplomb, investigating every nuance and deposing the parties involved while staying in frequent contact and allowing me to express my opinions about each step in the litigation.
I felt very well represented and I know I received the maximum award allowed by the circumstances.
If I ever had another incident like this I would contact Cole with the confidence that my interests would be represented to the fullest and with unparalleled expertise. Cole was more than fair in his fee for his services and I give him my strongest recommendation!

Dustin has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's helped me on numerous legal issues and is a straight-up guy.

Between his vast knowledge, experience and his willingness to put in the due diligence and research, there haven't been any surprises.

Nobody looks forward to legal battles, especially with insurance companies, but knowing Dustin has my back makes all the difference.

Thank you Dustin!
