More Than an Apartment — It Truly Feels Like Home

After living at Villas at Venice, I can honestly say that finding a place this special is rare. We originally chose the community because we loved the villa-style homes, but after living here, it’s the overall experience that has made us so happy with our decision.

The biggest difference between Villas at Venice and a traditional apartment complex is the feeling of having an actual home. Having our own villa, private entrance, and fenced-in yard gives us privacy and outdoor space that you simply don’t get with most apartments. The villas are modern, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained.

🐾 If you have a dog, this place is hard to beat. The private fenced-in yards are incredibly convenient, and the dog park is actually a great size. Dogs can truly run around, play, and get some exercise. It’s not one of those tiny “dog parks” that feels like an afterthought. Between the private yards and the dog park, Villas at Venice is genuinely one of the most pet-friendly communities we’ve experienced.

The community is beautiful, quiet, clean, and extremely well cared for. The pool and outdoor spaces give it a resort-like feel, while the villa layout provides a level of privacy you wouldn’t expect from a rental community. The location is another huge plus, with Venice beaches, restaurants, shopping, and everything else conveniently nearby.

One thing to know is that there isn’t a gym directly on the property. However, the community provides residents with a membership to GSI, which is a great alternative. The only downside is that the hours aren’t quite as convenient as they could be, so this is something to keep in mind if a gym with extended hours is important to you.

The staff is another reason this community stands out. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. You don’t feel like you’re just another resident or apartment number. There’s a real sense that the staff cares about the community and the people who live here.

And the maintenance team deserves a special shout-out. Whenever we’ve needed something, requests have been handled promptly and professionally. That level of responsiveness gives you peace of mind and makes a huge difference in your overall experience as a resident.

What I love most about Villas at Venice is that you get the best of both worlds—the privacy, comfort, and outdoor space of having your own home, along with the convenience and amenities of a community, without having to take on all the maintenance and responsibilities of homeownership.

After living here, I completely understand why people would have a hard time leaving. Villas at Venice isn’t just a place we rent—it genuinely feels like home.

If you’re considering moving to Venice, I highly recommend putting Villas at Venice at the top of your list. Beautiful villas, great location, fantastic pet-friendly amenities, responsive staff, and a community that is truly cared for.

We’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments are clean, cozy, and have a nice beachy feel without being over the top. It’s also really quiet, which is something we appreciate a lot. Depending on the apartment, you either have a building to yourself or only one neighbor, so it feels more like a townhouse than a typical apartment complex.

There’s plenty of space, a good-sized kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer with a separate laundry room, and valet trash, which is a nice convenience. Maintenance has always been helpful when something comes up, and pest control is available when needed.

Management has also been great. They’re friendly and easy to work with.

There’s no gym on-site, but they include a free gym membership, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s just a comfortable, quiet place to live. We’ve had a really good experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels a little more personal and homey.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Crystal the mgr went out of her way to Make sure we got this apartment and hasn’t stopped being there for assistance along with the rest of the staff. The apartment itself is more than I could have asked for. Beautiful surroundings, quiet , clean and brand new appliances. I’ve rented many apartments from New Jersey to Las Vegas to here in Venice. This was the best experience I had and for sure the nicest apartment. Very grateful to be here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for sure. AND my personal opinion ,, ask for crystal ! She’s simply amazing !!

Villas Of Venice is all that is advertised and much more! Starting with the location and its proximity to the gulf beaches, many grocery stores, restaurants and other places that are close by add to the list of amenities that you can enjoy. From the luxury resort style residence to the exceptionally beautiful grounds and pool area you will be very happy to call this home! Above all is the service and support provided by the community staff. Carlina and Crystal are very responsive, knowledgeable and welcoming to make sure that we residents feel at home! Also the service manager Cleighton is quick to respond to any service requests that arise!
In short Villas of Venice is the best place for you to call home!

I am renting a Villa at Venice, Venice. From my very first visit Crystal had been most helpful. She showed me a 2/2 unit and clearly explained about the Villa and all it has to offer. Crystal help me with my Application and made sure to set a move in date that worked for me. When I received my keys and entered the Villa it was clean and all I had to do was move it. I also rent a garage which is a huge plus. I have 2 small dogs and they are enjoying our fenced in backyard and dog park. The Villas at Venice is a fantastic place for adults like me who no longer want to own property but what all the comforts of home. My Villa is not attached to anyone and no one is above me. The location is great close to anything I need. I highly recommend The Villas at Venice and I know you will be amazed at how fantastic this place is. I am so very happy here!
