I believe the best of Juno is their front desk customer service, specially the lady with the blonde hair and if you use the app and message them you can get a quick reply at anytime, which is great.

However, my first visit made me realize that if the weather is hot you dont wanna be inside the room neither do your pets, because it gets extremely hot and they don't have air conditioning. My cat was overheating and they didn't seem to care much so keep that in mind.

Also if they want to add anything extra to your bill besides the medication do not let them do it, as I got a diffuser for cats and some food that basically was a waste of money, specially the diffuser. I didn't need either of them, but they way the talked is to make you think they were small courtesy items or extras then when you go to pay you realize that they just wanna make the bill bigger.

Other than that Dr Adam was really kind and professional so the lady helping him. The way how they treated my cat was exceptional.

My second visit started well with a nice person at the front desk and then a doctor who I belive is good and know what they are doing regarding the patient but I would rather not have a conversation with them, you can be surprised with the difference in standards.

Anyway I am still thankful that they were open to change my appointment time almost in the last minute and overall is a nice place to bring your pet.

In addition if someone is wondering about the price, the medical consultation for a cat is around $129. Hope that info will help someone.

My dog Poppy had to be hospitalized at the ER at VCA for multiple nights for a serious issue. The 24/7 virtual care team at Juno has been so so helpful and empathetic throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t have been able to be at peace without their support getting though this whole ordeal. So happy to be with them ❤️

We had such a wonderful experience here with our 15-year-old Siamese, James. He is a very scared boy, but Dr. Tris was incredible with him. She took things slowly, was so calm and gentle, and it was clear right away that she is a true cat lover. James did so well during his check-up because of the care and patience she showed him.
Dr. Tris’ coworker was also incredibly kind and calm, and the front desk staff were amazing and very welcoming. We never felt rushed, and Dr. Tris took the time to go over pricing with us so we could make an informed decision.
James got so many treats during the visit, and we even left with a goodie bag, which was such a sweet touch. This was by far the best experience we’ve had with any vet in the Vancouver area. Highly recommend!

Brought my cat here this morning and she had a great time! Dr. Watson is so kind and she answered any questions I had and made Maggie feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend this Vet for anyone in the local area, it has such a welcoming environment and the transparent pricing is so helpful. Thank you! 😻

I recently brought all three of my pets to Juno Vet Clinic, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience!
My cats Frank and Charlie came in, and even Frank, who gets very nervous at the vet, absolutely loved Dr. Tris. That says everything. The care and patience the team showed made what could have been a stressful visit genuinely wonderful.
My dog Siggy had also visited earlier in the week, and he’s told me how he really feels about the whole experience. When I ask him if he wants to go to the vet, he gets excited to return. He can’t wait for his follow up appointment.
I’m so happy to have found Juno Vet Clinic and am making it our permanent home for all three pets. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a compassionate, skilled team that truly puts animals at ease.
