I rarely put up negative reviews but this one is warranted.

Broke the sign themselves and then asked for $250 extra to fix their own mistake (I had to pay because they held rest of the job hostage). Installation was done in the evening and I saw the crack the next day. Some of the lights are not working properly. Baktash is one of the worst vendor I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Very happy with the end result. The team was very quick to respond and the time it took to get from design to production and the installation was super quick.

I appreciate the service I was given.

Price was very good as well

I hired this company for storefront signage and paid in full upfront.

The total amount paid was $1,800 ($300 initial deposit, $750 for production, and $750 paid on the day of installation).

The delivery timeline that was discussed was not met. The product delivered did not match the material that was described to me and was not usable.

During installation, damage was caused to my wall, which required $1,450 in repairs that I had to pay separately.

I attempted multiple times to resolve the issue directly, including requesting a refund or correction, but we were unable to reach a resolution.

I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
