The service and decor were very nice. Our server, was absolutely lovely, nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. The decor was very nice too. The hot plates/ entrees were above average, the sushi and sashimi was definitely not worth the price. Shockingly some AYCEs offer a better quality of sushi’s.

I had the 12-piece nigiri set and the vegetable tempura for $75.
For a premium nigiri set, it was a bit disappointing to see the same ingredients appear twice. I believe that avoiding duplicate ingredients is one of the basics of a high-end sushi course. That said, I appreciated that the chef prepared the repeated ingredients in different ways, which created distinct flavors and made the experience more interesting.
The vegetable tempura was also somewhat underwhelming. As a standalone dish, I expected a wider variety of vegetables.

I went there to have a celebratory lunch with my new husband. They provided us with free mocktails since we don’t drink, and upgraded our food! The waiter was so nice and so friendly and engaging he was fantastic, truly. The service was lovely, we had lunch on the terrace and the food was fantastic. We had beef cheek that simply melted. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The ambiance was modern and intimate. The pricing for the midday meals are beyond fair. If you’re looking for a great niche type date, check it out!

James was very attentive and helpful and the food was excellent and amazingly fresh for the middle of the country. Taste was well defined and varied by type of fish and dish served.
