Can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! Switched to them about 4 months ago because CVS was consistently out of 2 of my regular recurring monthly prescriptions. Not only has 986 not run out of those same meds, but the whole process of getting my meds has changed. Way more personal and simple. Polly made it so simple to switch over to them and assured me from the beginning that they would take great care of me and they have done exactly that! Everyone that I have spoken with there has been very helpful and courteous. Never going back to CVS or any of the big chains again! I moved from CVS to 986 because your customer service is exceptionally good. I have most of my prescriptions delivered and I usually interact with Stephanie. She’s professional yet friendly and very reliable. I have a good relationship with her. Lastly, thank you for all you do for my Mother and myself.

I've been with 986 almost since the beginning and am very happy with them. They are reliable, dependable and efficient. Any problems or concerns that may have risen over the 10 plus years I've been with them, though few and far between, were always rectified swiftly and professionally. The staff is courteous, always giving 100 percent. All the employees work hard to provide the best possible service for their customers, but one employee stands out in my opinion and that's Stephanie. She goes that little extra mile. She texts me to let me know what time she'll be arriving and is always on time. And I TRUST her. I have a lot of good things to say about my pharmacy. I'm so glad to be part of their family.

My son and I cannot say enough good words about 986 Pharmacy. They are the best of the best. They came out to deliver a medication when I was very sick and it was close to closing time. Besides that their staff is wonderful. Hilario, Stefanie & the rest I cannot say enough good words about. We have been with 986 Pharmacy since it opened nine years ago & hopefully, It will be many more years to come.

I changed to this pharmacy over a year ago due to horrible service from another pharmacy. They have been a blessing to us! I have two children with disabilities one who is a type one diabetic and my Mom with Alzheimer’s lives with us. Needless to say we have many prescriptions. They have called and filled all prescriptions when the time comes and the best thing about them is they deliver to my home! Stephanie the employee and deliver person always calls and assures they can charge for copays and sees when we will be home to deliver. I feel like we’ve built a relationship like those pharmacies and businesses from decades past. Reliable, personal and excellent service! About three months ago they had some staff changes and things got a little less efficient but they remedied it and are back on track and they are a pharmacy I am grateful for! I highly recommend them!
