I really wanted to like this location, but so far the experience has been disappointing.

The first time we ordered, pickup went smoothly and the order was ready when expected. Unfortunately, the barbecue itself left a lot to be desired. The pulled pork and burnt ends were much chewier and fattier than I expected rather than tender. The sides were good, although fairly simple. On the positive side, the burgers were actually very good.

Our second experience was much worse. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:00, but when I arrived the entire place seemed to be in chaos. There were a lot of other customers waiting for their orders, and the front service staff were running around doing the best they could to keep up. I actually felt bad for them because it was obvious they were trying hard, but the overall operation just seemed overwhelmed.

After waiting an additional 15 minutes with no real indication of when my order would be ready, I ended up canceling it.

I understand this location just opened and there are obviously some growing pains to work through. Hopefully management can get the kitchen and pickup process running more smoothly, because if the current experience continues, I think they’re going to have a difficult time keeping customers.

I’ll probably give them another try in a month or so once they’ve had more time to work out the kinks. There were enough positives that I’d still like to see them succeed.

First they only brought me two items when I ordered three then they charged me dinner price for lunch items. Since they just opened I understand there can be mistakes but when I asked price differences to be refunded they acted as though I was asking a favor. Kept telling me it was "comp." I even paid tip based on dinner priced take out orders. Just double check your orders & receipt.

I just came to famous Dave's for the first time today and overall I liked it. My burnt end sandwich was delicious but I didn't really care for the fries which are not really fries but thick fried potato wedges. The place just opened a few days ago so it was very bustling and busy at 3:30 p.m. but I did not have to wait for the food since I placed an online order. I look forward to trying some of the other meats in the future but wish they had vegetable greens as one of the side choices. The staff was super friendly and it seemed the restaurant was running very smoothly. I'll definitely be back in the future to try some other items

My family had a wonderful experience at Famous Dave’s! The restaurant was clean, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our food came out hot and fresh, and everything was full of flavor. The brisket and chicken were delicious, the portions were generous, and the sides complemented our meal perfectly. I love their cornbread muffins. We will definitely be back soon!

Food was amazing! Waited a while but had a lararge order. One of the staff members even offered me something as an apology for the long wait! This was really good customer service! Ordered the famous family bundle with 1/2 pound of brisket….because how could you not order brisket with bbq. Chicken was very tender and delicious! That is a protein that is so easy to mess up. And the brisket was seasoned well and tender. As someone who has smoked a brisket and is getting more into smoking meats, this was a great experience! 10/10 would come again!
