Great brunch spot in Dallas! We had such a good experience at Broken Yolk and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch.

We started with the mimosa flight, which was such a fun way to try different flavors and made the meal feel extra special. The avocado toast was fresh and beautifully presented, with creamy avocado and a great balance of toppings. We also tried the Ranchero Skillet, which was definitely one of the highlights—hearty, flavorful, and packed with delicious ingredients.

The restaurant has a bright, welcoming atmosphere that works perfectly for brunch with friends, family, or a casual breakfast date. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out looking great.

If you’re looking for a brunch restaurant in Dallas, especially somewhere with mimosas, avocado toast, breakfast skillets, and plenty of breakfast options, Broken Yolk is definitely worth checking out. We really enjoyed our visit and would come back again!

We had such a lovely weekend brunch at Broken Yolk Cafe in McKinney! The place was definitely busy, but to me that just says a lot about how popular it is with locals.

Between our family, we tried the Meat Lover Omelet, Meat Lover Skillet, Classic Eggs Benedict, and the kids’ Mickey Mouse-shaped pancake. Everyone finished their meals, which is always a good sign! 😄 Everything tasted fresh, filling, and very much like a good homemade breakfast.

The Eggs Benedict was probably my favorite and honestly one of the best I’ve had. The eggs were cooked perfectly, everything tasted fresh, and the hollandaise was especially delicious - rich and flavorful without overpowering the rest of the dish.

The Meat Lover Omelet and Skillet were both hearty, packed with meat, and very satisfying. The kids’ Mickey pancake was adorable, and our little one loved it. Coffee was good too and went perfectly with brunch.

Overall, this was just a really enjoyable family breakfast - good portions, fresh food, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of choices for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful brunch experience at The Broken Yolk Cafe in McKinney! The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We tried several dishes, including the avocado toast with eggs, fluffy pancakes, a loaded omelet with crispy hash browns, and French toast topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better!

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly service, clean and contemporary setting. Of course, the most important thing is good food and great coffee. Our server, Edwin, is very courteous and attentive. Will definitely visit this restaurant again and again!

Great breakfast place. The atmosphere is fun and the service was super. Got a chance to meet the owner. He is young and very down to earth. Great guy.

I would have to say this was the best breakfast I have ever had. The Ranchero Skillet has a spicy kick to it, so beware. I really enjoyed it.

Weekends here are usaully packed, so I would recommend going on weekdays.

There is a patio in the back with play area for kids, but this morning was a bit chilly, so we stayed inside.
