I had to cancel the credit card I used for paying my condo HOA dues so I attempted to update to a new card for the automated payment plan. I was instructed to log into my account in “the portal”. I was told my password (saved in my keychain) was incorrect. I’ve gone through the procedure to reset my password numerous times and I’m still told my password is incorrect. I called them direct, went through the process on the phone, and was told the situation had been resolved. It obviously wasn’t. I’ve changed the payment method on many recurring payment plans over the years and this is the worst experience ever. Their website is stupid and poorly designed. I’m now getting letters threatening fines and was even given the number of a lawyer(!) to contact. They don’t deserve our business.

Over the past 16 years I have worked with Mike Hilfer and Dan Belisle at CWD. For more than 8 of those years I was on the HOA board. The attention and service provided by both of these gentlemen is unmatched. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. Their assistance and professionalism enabled us on the board to consistently maintain and improve the value of our home and quality of life. I recommend them highly and enthusiastically.

CWD Group is, without question, the most incompetent property management company I have ever dealt with.
As a vendor working with one of the HOAs they manage, I have experienced nothing but frustration and unprofessionalism from this organization. Their communication is abysmal — emails and calls go unanswered for weeks, and when they do respond, the replies are vague, incomplete, or irrelevant. Simple requests that should take days are ignored or bungled.
They are consistently late on payments, often by 30–60 days beyond agreed terms, with no explanation or apology. Even basic follow-through seems beyond their capability; promises are made and routinely broken, creating unnecessary delays and extra work for everyone involved.
At this point, I refuse to engage with CWD directly. I will only communicate through my client (the HOA) and sincerely hope they find a competent management company to replace them as soon as possible. Other vendors and homeowners deserve far better than the negligence and dysfunction CWD routinely delivers.
I would strongly advise anyone considering CWD Group to look elsewhere.

Selling our house that has CWD Group as the HOA manager. They've charged us $450 for common required HOA documents this far, our Realtor said he's never had anyone charged that much. For one of the documents they are legally allowed to charge a maximum of $275 so they have decided to charge $275 with a $25 convenience fee, despite not providing an additional "less convenient" way to pay. This company will absolutely nickle and dime you within an inch of the law. Homeowners beware if this is the company your HOA uses.

CWD Group CEO and property manager completely unresponsive to HOA member's concerns and requests. Our HOA requires all correspondence with our Board be sent through CWD. No response from the property manager over an important issue that was also addressed by letter directly to CEO Marshall Johnson ("the Curator") as he fancies himself on the CWD website. CWD's fees are excessive and their service to actual HOA home owners is abysmal. Their concern is with the Board, not the homeowners. Their poor ratings are more than justified.
