I chose this company because of the reviews. Nik came to the house, he was professional, knowledgeable and was the meeting very informative. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. I felt reassured that his company was capable of completing the basement / bedrock encapsulation. This company was very accommodating and was able to fit me into having to work completed within a little over a week. The crew arrived spot on and in a very timely manner. They were all very professional and respectable and completed the task on schedule / before the end of the day. I’m truly amazed! The area that they covered already seems to have already shown improvement, as I’ve noticed that musky smell that was lingering, is gone. Highly recommended. We recently purchased a home in Pembroke. After the first big rain storm we got a huge surprise. Our basement foundation held water about as good as a tea bag does.
Emailed Wet Basement Solutions and had a response the same day!! The owner came the same week to assess and give us a quote. The written quote was well written with sufficient detail.
We were given a date. The team arrived on time that date and everyday after that. Every question we had was quickly answered. The answers were detailed and backed up with supporting data when required.
The team was excellent. Whatever furniture and storage that we forgot to cover they did. Everyday they cleaned up as if they were never here.
Video below is the final product. Our humidity dropped from an average of 75% to a number in the 50’s.
Very knowledgeable team who is respectful and clean.
