Patrick and his crew fixed our basement entrance in just a few days, and we have absolutely no complaints. They did a really good job, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Their price were reasonable and they guaranteed their work. We won’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Thank you for the hard work on the garage floor. Both Pat and Mark as well as the finishing team worked hard to ensure that our garage floor was done properly. They had to remove asphalt as well as concrete, repair a couple of cracks and repaired the parging that was disintegrating.

We had a couple pretty significant cracks in our foundation, and found out the same way everyone else does. Basement flooding. Though it has been a stressful time, Patrick and his team were incredible to work with. They were transparent about their prices, incredibly timely with their appointments bookings, and stuck to exactly what they said they would do.

I've dealt with a lot of companies, and it is rare to be told "we'll be there at 7:30am" and have them actually be there a bit EARLY! This made my wife and I feel so reassured that we were trusting the right guys.

They did an amazing job fixing the cracks, and providing recommendations for how to avoid it possibly happening again in a different spot.

If it happens again, we know who to call! Thank you Patrick and Action Restoration!

We had a wonderful experience with Action Restoration, and will absolutely contact them again for any future foundation or concrete work we might need.

We originally reached out to them for a new floor for our 2-car garage, and they were quick and efficient at getting the old floor out and would have been ready to pour a new slab the next day if not for the second slab they found under the first.
This kicked off a series of discoveries about some of the oddities of our garage (including a cracked foundation, and poorly supported column) that required a substantial amount of additional work to repair. Patrick was great at communicating when they found something new, and made sure that things were being repaired properly so we wouldn't have to worry about future structural issues.
Patrick was also a very good advocate for us when we had to bring in a structural engineer for some of the potentially structural issues (see poorly supported column mentioned above). He was interested in making sure that we were able to keep the additional costs as low as possible without compromising quality or safety.

I could not be happier with the results from Pat and his team at Action Restoration. We recently purchased a home that had cracks in the garage floor, which we later found led to a major crack all long the garage foundation wall. His team was able to quickly identify the issue, come up with a solution and act upon it, restoring the garage to fully functional within a week. Him and his team's professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, cleanliness and all-around good behavior made it a pleasure to do business with him.
