Great reliable family owned company. Chris was always easy to reach. Did work on two cracked and leaking foundations. One was a few years back from a home I purchased . The other was before last winter not a problem from either one. Price is reasonable and warranties in hand. If i ever need a foundation repair, I have them on speed dial now. Thanks so much guys

Gaetan and his crew waterproofed the back of my house, did a side window well that also had a crack in the area, and installed a sump pit and pump in July 2019. I am very happy with the work that was done. The crew worked very hard and did a great job. I can tell that they take pride in their work and sincerely want to help solve the problems. They left the area very neat and tidy. They even washed a window and siding where mud had splattered onto it. The price was also very reasonable and I felt that Gaetan gave me a cost effective solution and did not try to upsell me. Gaetan and his crew are honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend anyone with basement water issues to consider Bol-Dan.

Update: Five years later, no problems, everything is bone dry! Thanks again for the great job!

After the severe rainfall the city received back in August, I discovered that my 40 year-old window wells had filled up and overflowed into my basement. I read reviews online and contacted 3 foundation repair companies. I'm still waiting for a callback from the first and the second only communicated by email, providing a very expensive price per window well. When I contacted Bol-Dan, I had a visit from Christian the next day. He took detailed measurements and notes and explained exactly what the repairs would entail before doing a thorough walk around the property to identify other potential foundation problems. I received a quote in writing the next day with fair prices and a 20 year warranty. Gaetan's crew completed the repairs only 5 weeks later and were very careful not to tear up my lawn or damage equipment/utility lines in the area. They also promised to return in the spring to add extra stone or earth to any areas that might settle. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future should the need arise.

This is my 2nd service from Bol-Dan and both jobs have been successful. First job was probably 15 yrs ago and still no problems. The men were friendly and patient with my curiosity and questions. Gaetan was very responsive and offered solutions especially if you pushed for a discussion about the situation and sometimes that helps feeling more comfortable with the solution. He helped with offering suggestions and most reasonable plan. I never felt like they would try to upsell me and his job was to help me keep my basement dry at reasonable costs. I evaluated a lot of different options and don't regret my decision. He respected any analysis or questions I had so that was wonderful.

This winter has been one of ups and downs with weather extremes from deep freezes to thaws. During one of the recent thaws we noticed some water coming in the back foundation wall in the furnace room. Unsure what to we decided we needed to research the issue more. The more we researched the more confused we got. It became clear we needed to get it fixed sooner than later. So I went on the better business bureau and looked for companies that repaired foundation leaks.We noticed that Bol Dan had a high bbb rating A+ and had been in business for over 28 years. We called them and I’m sure when we left the message we were frantic. They called back promptly and came to access the leak the same day. We were told we needed to remove some drywall and two by fours and call back. We did and 3 days later they came to fix the leak. Geatin came and fixed the leak. He was quite calm and knowledgeable and was very skilled which was quite apparent when I watched him work. I am quite certain that if he didn’t come in and fix the leak when he did we would have sustained damage.Here is what I learned from this whole ordeal. Water once it finds its way into your house through a crack will only get worse don’t wait get it fixed asap. You need to find a company you can trust and one that has experience doing these types of repairs. I would recommend Bol Dan and have to a number of friends and family members who have had similar issues. The service they provided to me and my family was worth every penny.
