I recently needed a quote for a crack in a concrete retaining wall as part of selling my home, and Jay at Wizard Crack was outstanding.

She reviewed the photos I sent, explained exactly what needed to be repaired, and provided an honest, transparent quote with no pressure or hidden costs. When I asked about the absolute worst-case scenario, she said adding metal strapping, if needed, would only increase the cost by $285—although she was confident it wouldn’t be necessary.

Even with that added, Wizard Crack’s quote was $4,000 less than the home inspector’s estimate.

I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing. Their quote gave me the confidence to move forward with a reasonable counteroffer, and I’ll definitely be recommending Wizard Crack to the new homeowners for their own peace of mind.

Filled two cracks and installed interior weeping tile at my residence. Fantastic job, Remy would not leave until he was satisfied. Have had a few heavy rains since the install and no water ingress whatsoever. Great job would highly recommended.

If I could give Wizard Crack Repair six stars, I would. I highly recommend Remy and his team, they are easily one of the most honest and prompt companies I’ve worked with in years.

I had three other companies provide quotes for this job (a foundation crack). One was slightly cheaper, but the customer service was lacking. The other was a large, well-known concrete repair company in Calgary that attempted to overcharge me and provided misleading information about my foundation and home, with pricing that would have financially bankrupt most homeowners.

Remy was honest, upfront, and provided two affordable options, along with valuable personal advice regarding yard water drainage. The work was completed quickly and properly, as I had an engineer assess the finished job.

My house is back together, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I had a crack in my basement foundation that needed repair, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful, especially around my countertop, which made the whole process much smoother and less invasive than I expected.

They stuck to the original quote, with no surprises or last-minute add-ons. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.
