Derek and Andrew did a fantastic job replacing our crumbling front steps with some natural stone. Absolute professionals, from quote to finish. Excellent experience. I highly recommend Hutchuk's Construction.

We contacted Derek for a few jobs around the house: aerating, top dressing, seeding, fixing a low spot in our patio, cleaning the patio, brushing in polymeric sand and compacting. He and his 2-man team arrived right on time, worked hard and steady over 1-1/2 days and did a great job. It would have taken us considerably more time to do this ourselves, but they had the right equipment to do the job right and to our satisfaction. Now all we have to do is enjoy! Thanks a lot, Derek.

We were looking to have a unique front entrance built for our house in Courtice. We had a few contractors come out to give us various designs and ultimately chose HUTCON. Derek was quick to return phone calls, gave us a great design and an affordable price that worked within our budget.
Looking forward to the next project!

My daughter needed a large section of her rear yard prepped to accommodate a pair of outbuildings being built by Steve’s Sheds. Derek and one of his crew spent two days clearing the lot off weeds and bushes, scraping the topsoil and replacing it with compacted crushed stone suitable as a base for the sheds. The result was absolutely flat and level and the site was left clean and ready to accept the sheds. Great job!

Ps the trench is to accommodate power conduit to be installed later.

Over the last three years Derek has replaced our fence, sturdied up our deck and did all the landscaping under the deck as well as around the pool. He was very helpful with ideas, great with the neighbours if they had any questions. We have had many wonderful comments on his work and have been enjoying it very much. His care, attention to detail and love for his craft is obvious. If you are considering sprucing up your yard giving Derek a call would be a great place to start.
