Had a small leak in the basement and gave the guys a call, they showed up same day and took a look at what the problem could be. They gave some great advice on how to do a quick repair and gave honest and transparent feedback for a quick solution. Just wanted to thank them for their honesty and friendly communication

After experiencing a full-house flood, I can honestly say that choosing Crawford & Sons was one of the best decisions I made during an incredibly stressful time.

The damage to my home was extensive—virtually the entire house required rebuilding. From the outset, the team at Crawford & Sons was professional, organized, and highly respectful of both the situation and my home. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. They kept everything moving forward efficiently and were always available to answer questions or address any concerns.

What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to the rebuild, they took on the added task of correcting and repairing issues left behind by the restoration company—something they handled without hesitation and with the same level of care and professionalism.

A special mention goes to Trevor Greentree, who oversaw the entire project and was in contact with me during the entire build. He was exceptional to work with—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything was done right. His leadership and attention to detail made a significant difference throughout the process.

The quality of workmanship is truly outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My home doesn’t just look restored—it looks beautiful. You would never know the extent of the damage that had occurred.

What stood out most was their reliability and dedication to doing things properly. They showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and ensured everything was completed to a very high standard.

I am incredibly grateful for the work Trevor and Crawford & Sons did for me and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or rebuilding services. They truly turned a very difficult situation into a positive outcome.

I’ve hired Crawford and Sons at least a couple of times for tricky complicated foundation work. Their work is exceptional and all of their employees are courteous and very hard working even when the work is tedious. They don’t stop until everything is made right. Clean up is also important to them. They’re well deserving of five stars !

Crawford & Sons did an incredible job on our basement. They were amazing to work with from start to finish — they did exactly what they said they would, paid attention to every detail, and always took the time to answer our questions. Their communication was clear about what was happening and when, and everything was finished right on schedule. We absolutely love our basement now. Highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future renovations.
