Their product and workmanship failed after 18 months, I had water coming to my basement, called Brad initially he said he is going to figure something out and fix it but then he ghosted me. Had to call another company to redo their work.

I can't say enough great things about Brad and his company. I had a problem with a flooding basement. Brad went above and beyond to figure out and fix my basement issue. He is truely one of a kind. He is reliable and very honest. The world needs more Brads in it, especially in his field.

Brad came the same day we called him about our leak in the basement. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair. The work was completed in two days. Brad and his team were amazing. We found Brad and his team to be honest and trustworthy. They thoroughly explained the process of the repair. A picture of the crack in the foundation was shown to us before they continued with the repair. Once completed the area where they worked was so clean that you would never know there was work done. We would Highly recommend Brad Duggan waterproofing should you require a repair in your basement.

I contacted three companies to have work done to prevent water coming into our basement. The first two companies were larger companies and provided estimates. When Brad came for a site visit I felt he was very honest and his estimate came in at a much lower price than the others. After speaking with him, I also felt the other companies suggested work that was not required. Brad's team came as scheduled and the time estimate was accurate for how long the work would take. Brad and his team were great in explaining the work they were doing and were very friendly. We had our front and back window wells dug up and re-done with new drainage and some other small repair work to the foundation. Their cleanup was also great! Our basement successfully been dry over the past few crazy rainstorms! I would highly recommend Brad and his team!

Brad was quick to respond with a reasonable quote for a foundation crack repair. He and his A-Team arrived a few days later, and were very professional, thorough and unquestionably competent. They repaired the crack, installed a new membrane, and additional drainage tied into existing weeper. Once the job was complete, they cleaned up like they were never there. No hestitation to recommend Brad and his crew to anyone requiring waterproofing.
