Roofing and Aluminum Manager Steve W came out in the early April 2026, (as by then it was safe to go up), to provide a detailed quote for a new shingled roof (several other companies were going to do the estimate WITHOUT going up).

Before, during and after the job, Office Manager Kay C was very attentive re follow-ups to phone and email replies.

The crew that came in later May 2026 consisted of 3 guys. It was clear that they liked each other and they told me that they had lots of experience working with each other. They were friendly and polite and "put up" with me asking Qs about the progress of the removal and install.

There was a bit of a mix-up re the "clean-up" but my email inquiry to Edmunds prompted Tyler to return the following day and he made sure that all was finally representative of Edmund's workmanship.
I am confident that with our IKO shingle warranty, coupled with Edmunds support, our roof is in good hands for the foreseeable future.

(Prior to Edmunds coming out for the roof I had asked if one of their eavestrough guys could "rejig" a downspout to allow for a better connection for a couple of my rain barrels. Today Chris came out and he was very accommodating on this courtesy call and when he finally left all was just as I wanted.)

Our home recently replaced eight (8) windows (brick to brick) completed on time and within budget. The professional team of Kevin and James from Edmunds Home Improvements did an amazing job installing our new windows (casements, awning, fixed) and discarding 25+ old windows/shutters. Definitely would recommend the company and installers. Thank you to Steve for the accurate measurements, affordable quote and Kay for the scheduling.

The Edmunds team including Mark (the leader) and Joe, delivered a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellence unequalled by any firm I have hired in 30 plus years of home ownership. For example, at the end of each day, tomorrow's materials left on site were organized and the job site completely cleaned. Although the work required hundreds of nails, we never found a single discarded nail on the ground after cleanup. The attention to detail included integrating existing doors, windows, light fixtures, exhaust vents to match the new siding. I've included some photos of details I cannot imagine being delivered by another firm/another team. I commend and enthusiastically recommend Edmunds and Mark's team.

I got a referral from a friend who had their roof done by Edmunds, and they said that I wouldn't be sorry. I hadn't leaked yet, but I didn't want it to get to that point. So I called Edmunds regarding a siding project to replace a maintenance intensive MDF board that required continuous painting. Tommy came out and explained the whole project start to finish and since I also come from construction, we got along famously. He was thorough right from the initial consultation, set a schedule, product and we discussed the price. I could've gotten a really cheap quote elsewhere but it was Tommy's attention to detail, quality siding product, warranty and professionalism that I liked. And as promised Tommy and Chris delivered an outstanding product that'll keep my 20' ladder in storage for the next 25+ years. The house looks completely different and my neighbor even said it looked new, fresh and likely increased the value and curb appeal. The Edmunds front office rep Kay was also outstanding and gave me all my payment details promptly and accurately. After the 5 day long install (as promised) Tommy left me some extra siding, trims and a few off-cuts so I can do a paint colour match for some from railings, fascia and pillars. I couldn't be happier with the entire crew at Edmund...they are the real deal! Likely windows with them in a few years for sure.

Great experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson Steve Wilcox frequently checked up on the job while it was being finished. Mark Rytkonen and his team made the experience painless and enjoyable. They are meticulous and take pride in the work they do. Our project included many unique details that Mark and his team were up to the challenge to finish ensuring that the overall design was not compromised. The team constantly consulted us as the project progressed on the details to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. We are extremely happy with the final result. We would not hesitate to do work with them in the future and would strongly recommend them to anyone.
