This company was amazing to work with.. sales provided great digital renderings of what the completed project would look like, which helped in choosing the right color and patern stone. The on site construction crew was professional, fast and clean. These guys know their trade. The biggest help was the daily contact with the Project Manager (PM) Jose Corral, his attendance on site, attention to detail, and desire to leave the site perfect made the project great to watch. No doubt my future work is with this company.

System pavers did an awesome job on our project! We had pavers installed around our pool and it looks amazing, much better than just dirt! They got it done quicker than we expected and we couldnt be happier. Any little concern we had was addressed quickly and they made sure we were taken care of. Chris, the project manager, was professional and attentive. Overall I am glad we went with system pavers! And our yard looks so much better!

We hired System Pavers because of their reputation, professional sales presentation, and the promise that they would manage our entire backyard project. They were also the highest bid we received (about $38,000), but we believed we were paying for expertise, quality craftsmanship, and project management. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.

Our project lasted from February 5 through May 14 and was filled with delays, poor communication, quality-control issues, and repeated property damage. Instead of having a project manager overseeing quality, I felt like I became the project's quality-control inspector, constantly identifying workmanship issues, documenting problems, and asking for them to be corrected. I expected to hire a contractor. Instead, I spent three months acting as the quality-control inspector for my own project.

Some of the issues included broken pool pipes, damage to our pool aerator and fill tank, a broken pool net, destroyed landscaping items, uncapped sprinkler lines beneath the patio that caused water to erupt through the new pavers, missing weed barriers, improper edging, construction debris left throughout our yard, and materials blocking both our property and our neighbors' property for weeks.

Communication between departments was equally disappointing. Promises made during the sales process often weren't communicated to the installation crews. For example, we were told our landscape rock could be reused, but the demolition crew threw it away because they had never been informed.

What frustrated me most was management's response when concerns were raised. Emails outlining quality issues often went unanswered, while payment requests were handled immediately. During one conversation, the project manager stated, "We thought the ship had sailed on customer service." That statement perfectly summarized how we felt throughout the project.

Near the end of the project, I refused to sign the Certificate of Completion until the remaining work was actually finished. I was initially told the crew would have to be rescheduled if I didn't sign first. After I declined, management then stated they would complete the work "with or without" my signature. That made the pressure to sign unfinished paperwork even more confusing.

The one bright spot was Jose Corral, the second project manager assigned to our project. Jose was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and worked hard to correct many of the problems that had accumulated. Without him, I honestly don't know how this project would have ended.

We ultimately spent approximately $63,000 after additional pool work became necessary. While I understand not every issue was entirely System Pavers' fault, the lack of communication, oversight, accountability, and customer service made this one of the most stressful home improvement experiences we've ever had.

We paid a premium price expecting premium project management and quality control. Instead, I spent three months ensuring the work met basic quality standards. That's not the experience anyone should have after investing tens of thousands of dollars into their home.

If you're considering System Pavers, document everything, inspect every phase of construction, and never sign completion paperwork until every item has truly been completed to your satisfaction

Our home was built In 1980 and has the typical kidney bean shape pool with the large oddly shaped landscape planters around it.
We finally decided to fill them in, so I called System Pavers… Their salesman Chad, came out listened to our ideas and with some of his own suggestions we came up with a great design plan.
Next we meet with Chris the project manager, he informed us of the whole paver process, said they could be done in about a week. The next morning the installers showed up, they got started on all the demo, grading, cleaned up and hauled off everything and even got started on the base!
By day three the crew had almost all the paver laid.
I came home day four to find the job finished ahead of schedule, they even laid a border along the edge that I was not expecting, But that little detail takes the paver installed the next level.
The whole team over at system pavers are all top notch, from start to finish!
We could not be happier with the outcome of the project. The pavers totally transformed the space into a useable area. No more odd shape planters, It all flows seamlessly together now. We are already talking about what we can have them do next.
If you’re on the fence about getting any work done from them, don’t be you will not be disappointed. Thank you System Pavers

My experience with System Pavers wildly exceeded my expectations. My project manager Chris Figueroa clarified the design and effectively communicated along the way. The crew he assigned to this project were respectful, thorough and fast!! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Please consider System Pavers and ask for Chris and I’d love it if you’d list me as a reference. Job well done, guys!!! Many thanks!
