I used to go here for everything. Great crew for sure. However, I’ve been unable to reach anybody for a week: I tried the website form, then multiple phone calls during business hours saying to call back later. Simply cannot book in.

Highly recommend. I took my 2010 Mazda that was super rusty and wouldn't start in. They diagnosed it, made initial repairs, and ultimately found more work needed to be done for it to start. They did a comprehensive inspection for what would be needed for the vehicle to be road worthy and were transparent that even with those repairs, the vehicle might only last another 1-2 years. I ultimately decided to scrap the car because the cost of repairs was so high and they were able to return the new parts instead of charging me.

I very much appreciate the transparency and honesty.

Been going here for years and am so grateful to have found such a good mechanic! After assessing your vehicle, they will send you a link and you can look at everything they noted and pictures of the issues. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, this makes my experience much less anxiety-inducing. They will contact you after you review the link and discuss next steps with you. They don't push unnecessary costs; instead provide a full breakdown of parts and labour costs. The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable!

Customer service is above n beyond. I had an unexpected issue w my Audi and without an appointment or even being a client they had my car repaired within a week. Also allowed me to keep it parked until I decideded what to do regarding the fix over a long weekend. Will definitely always recommend and will be back for basic servicing. Thank you

I’ve been taking our vehicles to Brock Road Garage for almost 20 years and have always experienced first class service. They are honest, very reasonably-priced, and professional. I am thankful to have such a great team nearby.
