Massive disappointment. They had a big reception yesterday to showcase their fancy new Plus app to Realtors. It was bad enough that some guy named Jake from realtor.com stood by the stairs in the back talking the whole time; we couldn’t hear the presentation over him.

But then we tried to actually use the new app with clients - and it doesn’t work.

Fail.

You would think that realtor.com would be more legitimate than Zillow. But this company that uses the trademark name instead makes Zillow look like an angel. Atleast Zillow shows the listing agent and phone number, unlike realtor.com that hides the info so they can sell the leads!!!

Update: realtor.com website deserves NEGATIVE 1,000,000,000,000 stars. Straight up garbage website. I've never seen any website work so bad. Times out after about five minutes and just doesn't work at all won't load any data whatsoever, blank white screen. Every single time I use it it fails.

Malfunction is it's default, it has gotten so bad every tap every click is a error. It's absolutely useless now. I use the website on my Apple 12 max Pro iPhone. I’ve had the patience of a priest. But finally, I’ve got to concede. I’ve yet to find a website that works worse than this one. This website malfunctions more than a tijuana taxi. It constantly blinks back to the page I was on before 98% of the time trying to use the map, or just plain malfunctions like that in general. CONSTANTLY. The filters often come back with inaccurate results. Even when I type in an address in the search, it flips me back out to the homepage over and over and over again. Tap on directions from their map page and you just get buffering. Stay on the website for more than 10 minutes and it just shuts down completely.

If it were a car, I would drive it into a ditch and set it on fire and walk away.

There is no clear path to speaking with a quality control representative. MANY of the listings are inaccurate making for a difficult search. The homes I've inquired about have had inaccurate pricing and lot size. Since my reports have been ignored, along with the rep ignoring my claim of their negligence. I will be updating this review with the inaccurate listings daily.
