I had been looking for new garage doors for a while and had been told it would be eight weeks for delivery. Heritage Garage Doors had the doors in stock, installation was a breeze and they operate so smoothly that when I had a family gathering all the men kept opening and closing the garage doors because they were so impressed with them.

Professional, reliable, competent and courteous.

I had a bad garage door motor which needed replacement. The rest of the garage door was in perfect condition and worked fine.
I contacted the first garage door company who sent a repair man out. He looked at the garage door and said not only the motor needed replacement but also springs and supports. I knew this was not correct so I got a second quote.
The second company sent a worker out who looked at everything and agreed that only the motor needed replacement. I agreed on the quote he gave me and he said he would return the next day to install it.
The next day someone else from the company showed up saying the other worker had a day off. The new worker looked at the door and said besides the motor numerous other parts needed replacement at TWICE the quoted price I was given by the other worker, who he said was wrong.
I told them to leave and looked for a third company to replace the motor.
Heritage was the third garage door company I contacted. They came out, gave me a competitive quote for the motor replacement, and installed it.
The next day I noticed the door closing needed adjustment and they sent the worked out at no charge to fix it.
The door works perfectly and I am very happy with their service.
