We visited a handful of the big name jewelry stores for our wedding bands, and Dalzell was hands down the best. Genevieve provided us an amazing experience, personal touch and showed us exactly what we were looking for. Dalzell has the best selection of men’s and women’s wedding rings and was able to expedite our sizing. Even better, they are family owned, not pushy sales people or trying to sell credit cards like others. We had a wonderful experience with Genevieve! She helped my husband and I get my wedding set repaired, cleaned, and rhodium plated, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. The rings look brand new again! The staff was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and took great care with such sentimental pieces. The turnaround time was great, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful first experience! I needed to get the rhodium refinished on my wedding bands, my husbands band and my engagement ring- went to Helzberg, where they originated from and where we have our “inspections” completed, they couldn’t have the rings done by May 27th for me - even if I paid to have them express cleaned — not an option (we leave for a wedding on the 28th). Took them to Dalzell and not only was there an option for next day (more $$) but they could guarantee by the 27th and even sooner most likely. About a week passed and I have my beautiful rings back looking brand new! Thank you! I’ll be back for future purchases for sure!

Every step of redesigning my rings was perfect. One design wasn’t quite right so Genn worked on it until she and I decided the new design was a winner. I absolutely love the outcome.
