I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sean Doherty and his entire team! Over the past 18 months, I underwent gynecomastia surgery and a circumferential body lift, and I am truly thrilled with my results.

Dr. Doherty is not only an exceptionally skilled surgeon, but also thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely interested in understanding his patients’ goals and motivations. He took the time to explain realistic outcomes, recovery expectations, and every step of the process, which helped me feel informed and confident in my decisions.

When I experienced a small complication following my body lift, Dr. Doherty and his staff were incredibly responsive and reassuring. They quickly fit me into the schedule, provided excellent follow-up care, and made sure my recovery stayed on track.

I have been seeing Dr. Doherty for roughly 2 years now. He is, above all, incredibly kind. He is, of course knowledgeable, ridiculously intelligent, highly skilled, and professional. However, in this line of work, I think it's how thoughtful and kind he and his team are that matters most-- or at least to me. I never feel rushed. They listen carefully to my questions and concerns. Dr. Doherty is judicious! In a field where excess can really control the narrative, Dr. Doherty keeps the perspective grounded. I have grown to adore how comfortable, confident and heard I feel in an appointment that can sometimes make a person feel a bit insecure and uncertain. I always leave feeling like I have answers, options and a clear direction should I choose it. Success on every level.

I highly recommend Dr. Doherty for anyone needing surgery! Dr. Doherty’s kindness and warmth made me feel safe and cared for right away. He explained the entire procedure clearly and never made me feel rushed during any of my appointments. The clinic staff , Nurse Ashley, Andressa and Emma as well as the rest of Dr. Doherty’s team were also incredibly welcoming, and the communication throughout my prep and recovery was top-notch. The surgery was a complete success, and the recovery was much smoother than I expected. My surgical outcome has been fantastic, and the follow-up care was excellent.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Doherty and truly can’t say enough good things about him and his team. From the beginning, the entire office was incredibly kind, organized, and super responsive, which made the whole process feel seamless and much less overwhelming.

I had my surgery just a few days before Christmas, and that could have been stressful, but Dr. Doherty made me feel completely at ease. He reassured me that I could reach him if I needed anything over the holidays, and that level of care and accessibility meant a lot.

What I appreciate most is how he approaches his work—he made me feel confident in my decision while also keeping me grounded and not getting carried away with doing too much. It built trust over time, and now I can honestly say I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I feel like he truly understands me, understands my body, and I trust him completely.
