I had such a wonderful experience at Phlebotomy Plus in Brentwood, and I’m genuinely so grateful that I chose this school. From the very beginning, it was such a positive and welcoming environment. We had plenty of tools and hands-on opportunities to practice with, and I truly feel like I learned so much throughout the course.

Miss P is absolutely phenomenal. She has such a wonderful personality—she’s patient, kind, encouraging, and always willing to take the time to explain things until you truly understand. She makes learning fun and creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them.

What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cares about her students. Her support goes far beyond the classroom. She is always there when you need help or have a question, and you can truly feel that she wants every one of her students to succeed.

I also want to mention Lorena, who was always so friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with.

Looking back, I feel like I didn’t just gain the knowledge and skills to pursue phlebotomy—I gained an instructor who I truly consider a friend for the rest of my life. ❤️ That is something I will always appreciate.

I had such a wonderful experience at Phlebotomy Plus in Brentwood! I’m truly grateful that I had the opportunity to be part of this program and learn from Miss P. She is absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you understand what you’re doing, and is always willing to answer questions.

And when I say always, I mean ALWAYS! 😂 You can literally text her at 3 AM, 1 AM, early in the morning, or anytime you have a question, and she will be there to help. Her dedication and support go far beyond what you would expect from an instructor.

Lorena was also wonderful to work with. She was always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and she always made sure our questions were answered.

The classroom environment, the students, the location, and the overall experience were fantastic. I learned so much and gained valuable hands-on experience that I know I will carry with me throughout my career.

I’m honestly so happy I chose Phlebotomy Plus, and I would highly, highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get into phlebotomy. Thank you, Miss P and Lorena, for making this such a great experience! ❤️🩸

I absolutely loved my experience in this phlebotomy program! My teacher was amazing, supportive, and made learning feel comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the hands-on and visual teaching style because it helped me understand and remember the material much better. I learned so much throughout the program and feel much more confident in my phlebotomy skills because of the practical experience we did everyday. I’m very grateful for everything Mrs.P taught me and would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested in becoming a phlebotomist!

Amazing program, Pauline is the best instructor. She’s very well spoken, explains everything with great detail, so you really get all the material in your head. I loved and appreciated the way she taught us blood draws and focused on technique not just getting the vein and to draw well so the patient is comfortable. Not only is she a great instructor but even though all the information in such a short amount of time may feel overwhelming she knows how to keep the class grounded and light hearted. Love Pauline, this program 10/10, if you’re looking into starting a phlebotomy program this is a great one to start with.
