I received excellent service beginning with the optometrist, Rebecca, who did my eye exam and then with Tony and Michael. They all have an excellent knowledge regarding eye care, recommending the best types of lenses as well as making recommendations for which options to buy. Overall excellent!

Amazing experience at Prime Vision. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The selection of frames was excellent, and the quality of both the eyewear and service was outstanding. I never felt rushed and received honest recommendations that suited my needs. Highly recommend Prime Vision for anyone looking for great glasses and exceptional customer service.

I cannot recommend Prime Vision enough truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

From the moment I walked in for my eye exam, everything was handled with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The exam itself was incredibly thorough and honestly eye-opening (in the best way possible!). I felt like I finally understood my vision and what I actually needed.

And then came Tony and Michael absolute gems. They took the time to walk me through everything, helped me choose not just one but TWO pairs of glasses, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Their patience, kindness, and knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients.

I loved it so much that I brought my husband back and wow, same experience all over again! His eye exam was just as impactful, and he realized he needed glasses too. I was honestly so happy (I was even secretly hoping he would need them just so he could experience Tony and Michael too 😂).

We both walked out feeling taken care of, confident, and honestly excited about our glasses which is not something you say every day!

This is more than just an eye clinic it’s an experience. We will definitely keep coming back again and again.

Shukran Tony and Michael, for everything. You’ve gained customers for life! 👏
