Very impressed by the service and the efficiency of this place. To replace my windshield only took a couple of hours and the staff was very detailed in the work they do. I would definitely go back for any auto glass issues. Very happy.

Had my rear windshield replaced. Very fast service, the other places I called gave me a one week estimate but Glass lab had it done in 3 days from the time I called them. They will also hire an uber for pickup and drop which is nice. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a windshield repair.

Couldn't be happier. They got me in the same day. While I waited, they had a comfortable waiting area where I could set up my laptop & continue working - along with coffee, cold beverages & more. They communicated proactively, everyone was friendly, worked quickly and to a high standard of quality, and handled my MPI claim directly. I highly recommend Glass Lab to anyone who needs a quick, quality repair.

Glass Lab is one of the best auto glass repair shops in Winnipeg! Unfortunately, my car was vandalized twice in one week in the Pembina area, with different windows being damaged each time. They were the only shop that had the parts available immediately and were able to repair my car right away, instead of making me wait a week or more.

One of the owners, JM, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when he even offered to drive me to the police station in downtown after my car was vandalized while doing the repair. The entire staff was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process.

If you need urgent auto glass repair, I highly recommend calling Glass Lab first. Their fast service, excellent customer care, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a group. Dealing with a Manitoba company that really cares about its customers was a complete surprise.
Talked at length with JM the owner, called at 10am Thursday morning hoping to get an appointment for next week to get the windscreen replaced on my Cadillac SUV instead they had me in at 3pm same day, finished the install of my new windscreen, calibrated and done by by 4:30.
Terrific job. I could not recommend them any higher.
