Finding a good, honest alignment shop can be tough, so I took a chance on Boss Tires based on their Google reviews and I’m glad I did. Their prices are very competitive, but what impressed me most was their honesty and customer service.

On my first visit, they found that the rear toe adjustment bar was completely seized and rusted. Rather than force it and risk breaking the bar, the owner explained the issue clearly, aligned the front wheels, and recommended replacing the rear part before returning for a full alignment.

After ordering the replacement toe parts online/installed I brought the car back. The process was easy, and they honored exactly what the owner had promised on my first visit at no extra charge. They also completed a full alignment, making sure the front was properly calibrated with the new rear settings.

The staff don’t work on commission, so there were no pushy upsells—just genuine, straightforward service. It was a great experience from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the service and price, and I’ll definitely recommend Boss Tires to friends and family!

The guys at tire boss hooked me up with an amazing set of brand new rims. The service was smooth and transparent. His prices are very honest and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Even through their busy clientele they provided good response times. I came to this shop for a regular seasonal tyre swap and found out that 4 nuts were totally seized.

These guys spend almost a full day and tried everything they could do free those lag nuts. They charged me extremely reasonably for the work done and the time/effort spent. I could not imagine myself being stuck with this issue at any other shop that would’ve made a ridiculous bill for this.

I bought winter tires and alloy wheels for my 2024 Toyota Corolla from Boss Tire at a very reasonable price. I showed them a quote from Canadian Tire, and they made sure to offer the exact same setup for much less. Really impressed with their honesty and pricing.

I swapped the tires back to my summer set myself, and the next day I got a TPMS error. I went back to them, and they reprogrammed it at no cost. Great customer service even after the sale. Overall, very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them

i highly recommend this place! very friendly and helpful staff. mechanic are also honest here. i called and was taken care of the same day. had tires mounted and full exhaust rebuild. they do quality work and are quick. they even cleaned off my wheels after putting them on the car which is a very appreciated detail. ive always left shops with dirty wheels/ or car. amazing service from these guys
