From initial inquiries on the mini skid steers was pretty fast contact. They listened to all my questions, gave information and details on what would be best fit for my needs.
I be am loving all my equipment, look forward to many more projects being completed in the future.

I bought a ME20 with the D722 Yanmar diesel engine. If you are looking for a reliable dealer who will do right by you, look no further than Chupp. I'm based out of Louisiana and I purchased my machine through Chupp's website. If you are near their location I suggest paying them a visit!

Bought a RayTree 60” disc mulcher. It was completely serviced and ready to use when I got it home. Does a great job, I would highly recommend.

Very Disappointed Experience

I am honestly surprised this dealership has a 5-star rating because my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a brand-new mini skid steer from them last year and spent nearly $9,000. Unfortunately, the hydraulic pump failed on the very first day of use, after less than 7 hours of operation. This was supposed to be new equipment, yet it broke down immediately.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership for support. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me only $500 toward a pump replacement, which is not a reasonable solution. I clearly told them I do not want money—I want the machine repaired properly. However, they refused and claimed there is no warranty.

To make matters worse, I have already spent more than $500 out of my own pocket just to have my mechanic diagnose the problem, and the machine is still not fixed.

What’s frustrating is that they are the dealer who sold the product, yet they completely refused to assist with repairs. They directed me to a service department and essentially said they cannot do anything. This level of responsibility from a dealership is unacceptable.

I also tried reaching out to the manufacturer and even the pump company directly, but received no meaningful support. My mechanic has attempted to contact them as well, with no response. The machine has now been sitting in a shop for nearly a year, while I am still making loan payments on equipment I cannot use.

Today, when I called again, the representative did not listen to my concerns, redirected me again, and eventually hung up the phone. That was extremely unprofessional.

At this point, I feel misled and extremely frustrated with the entire situation.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this dealership.

If anyone has dealt with a similar situation or has advice on how to resolve this, I would really appreciate your guidance.

I purchased a mini skid from these guys and I have to say it was one the best decisions I’ve made. After doing a little research and talking to a few “dealers” on the internet about Chinese skid steers…..they are all over Facebook and TikTok, people selling out of their garages and yards, and some will tell you exactly what you want to hear. They come in all different colors and specs, you might even save a couple hundred, but I will tell you…..sometimes it’s cheaper to pay a little more. This is not a quick cash maker for Chupp’s. If you want professionalism and integrity in a world of scam artist I would highly suggest you plan a trip to Chouteau and visit with Nathan, Josh or Becky.
