Our Services Sheet Metal & Tube Laser Cutting A 20kW fiber laser and a dedicated 6kW tube line deliver fast, clean cuts and ±45° weld-ready beveling on plates, tubes and structural profiles. CNC Milling & Turning Multi-axis milling centers and a range of turning centers, including a Swiss-type machine, produce complex parts and round components with tolerances up to ±0.001 inch. Metal Forming & Welding A 200-ton, 12 ft, 5-axis CNC press brake shapes sheet metal parts, and certified welders join aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel with MIG and TIG processes. Sandblasting & Liquid Coating Large in-house booths prepare surfaces and apply durable, uniform finishes that protect parts against corrosion, wear and the environment. Assembly & Post-Machining Operations Deburring, tapping, reaming, hardware insertion and full assembly mean parts leave the shop ready for use. Engineering & Analysis CAD modelling, prototyping and design for manufacturability support take a part from concept to production without surprises.
