Excellent experience at American Tire! Freddy did an amazing job helping me with my flat tire and took the time to make sure everything was properly taken care of. Frankie, the manager, was also extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.

The service was fast, professional, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how much attention they gave to my situation and how quickly they got me back on the road. Great customer service all around!

I highly recommend Junior! I came in for a tire repair, and from the moment I arrived, he provided exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Manager, he was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.

While my tire was being repaired, they also performed an inspection of my vehicle and let me know about a few repairs that would need attention. I didn't have enough time to get everything done that day, but I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Their pricing was very fair and affordable, which gave me confidence that I'll be returning to have the recommended repairs completed.

Junior truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He treats everyone with respect, is knowledgeable, and makes sure you're well taken care of. It's rare to find someone who is both honest and customer-focused. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and I highly recommend asking for Junior if you visit. Came to American Tire & Service Center after procrastinating on getting new tires for months! Spoke to Frankie over the phone and he quoted me the best price after calling 2 other places. Installation was fast and efficient. After my tires were installed. Frankie showed me 2 nails that were found in a tire, no wonder I kept getting low tire pressure so often. Overall, customer service was great. Definitely coming back to get my oil change.
