Isaq is expectional person and sales rep. He knew exactly what I was looking for and knew exactly what I wanted. He was never pushy and gave me the best options in price. I went to a few places but was given the best quality, best price and best selection by Isaq!! Made my dreams come through. I will definitely be returning!

I bought my wife’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from this location with the help of Muhammad, MJ, and Dennis who were all very helpful in working with me with our budget and short timelines.
The rings turned out beautifully and the service was great. Everything was explained to us and they were transparent about pricing and turn around even with a custom ring design. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone shopping for rings.

I had the best experience with Aracely and Ahmed! They both took their time and made this such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I honestly didn’t expect to buy anything, but they were so helpful, patient, and gave me a really good price. The whole process was super fast and easy, and they made me feel comfortable the entire time. I truly recommend them 100%! Thank you both again for the amazing customer service!

I had an amazing experience with The Diamond Ring Co! I had been planning to buy a Rolex for a long time and was exploring options at Great Mall when I came across their store. The quality of their collection and the level of service immediately stood out.
Isaq, Aracelie, and Yaser assisted me throughout the entire process, and they were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect Rolex. Their expertise made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—very welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. They made the entire buying process feel special and completely stress-free.
I highly recommend The Diamond Ring Co to anyone looking for a high-quality Rolex or fine jewelry. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!
