I'll say this upfront, Morgan was the perfect agent for us. My wife and I were very stressed with having to pack up our home, getting our home ready for sale, moving across country, and finding a new home. We did this within a very short amount of time. Adding to our stress was how difficult our market seemed. We watched a neighbor's home sit on the market for several months. We were concerned about a brand new neighborhood with over 1700 homes going up across the road from our neighborhood. I found Morgan online purely by luck and I'm very thankful we did. I appreciated her honesty when we first met and she told us what the listing price of our home should be. The neighbor's home that was on the market for months agent did our friend a disservice and told him what he wanted to hear and listed extremely high. By time we listed they had reduced a few times. With Morgan's advice we were on market for less than 30 days with no reductions in price. I'm not saying it was easy but with each bump in the road Morgan handled us well. My wife was emotional about the sale and it took a soft touch all while keeping the process going forward. In the end we had an offer in less time by a few days than Morgan had projected. I have to give props to the team Morgan put together. The marketing, the photos, the staging, and her assistant Tawny were all great. If I were to do it again in the Puget Sound area I'd definitely choose Morgan and her team again.

Cynthia is by far one of the best realtors I have worked with. She helped us get a house that was exactly what we wanted. When we had questions about anything, she knew the answer or got us an answer right away. She works with a great team of people including the financial side.
