I like storage mart on winterburn road,the ladies that work there are quite nice and helpful!I always choose there storage units.The deal that I got on my unit was super awesome for 3 months!gives me enough time to not stress about my belongings,,the lockers are secure!The only thing I would like to see more of is some kind of bundle deal on boxes..other than that my experience with them has been great!no problems.

We rented for Nov 1 but because we did it 4 days before we got shafted for the 3 month special they had going. They included the whole month of October as one month of the three. Pretty cheesy if you ask me. Poor business. Be very careful!

If i can give zero star, i will definitely do that.The lady that claimed to be the sight manager at this location 10710 124 ST in winterburn edmonton is a thief. We moved in on the 14th of October 2025, and she clearly told me it a month to month lease. On the 5th of Nov, I went to the storage to collect my stuff, the gate would not open. The manager finally came after an hour and told us that we have to give two weeks notice before moving out. We told her that we were not told that when we rented the unit. She asked us to pay the full month and come back on the 7th which is two day later for our refund. She clearly told us she will give us our refund back because it not our fault if no one explained it to us.To our surprise, we met another lady at the site who claimed to be the site manager. At this point, we have two sight managers and we couldn't tell who is telling the truth. They refused to give us our refund back and couldn't even tell us why. Please do not rent from this location, they are scamming people. They are very rude to their customers aswell. Please run with your money.

Excellent experience all around from initial contact with main office in U.S. to local office in Edmonton. Prompt service end-end and cheap storage spot in ideal location was provided- exactly what I was seeking.
Easy process finalizing rental arrangements and access to storage lot. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.

If you want your stuff or trailer stolen this is definitely the place to go! Also they will raise your rates after a few months

The girl in the office was so helpful, Iively and cheerful. She made my life so easy to rent the storage. Great service. I give the employee 10 stars for her great service. Thank you!

My husband and I rented a storage unit at this location for less then two months. Our unit was broken into and number of our personal items including irreplaceable items were taken. Who ever it was broke the lock and took their time going through our unit. There were four units in total that were hit. The manager didn't notify us of the break-ins, we found out when we needed to grab something. There are only cameras situated at the main entrance, they couldn't determine who the culprits were. We have yet to be reimbursed for what was taken as well as the monthly rental cost as this happened at the beginning of the month.The police officer that dealt with our complain said that it has been an on-going issue at this location. I don't recommend renting storage units from this business.

I am so happy with the friendly and relaxed experience Gilbert at Storage Mart 10710 214 st provided. I was so stressed and frazzled, overwhelmed and scattered. Gilbert fixed any hiccups, made sure I had everything I needed, and patiently handled my stressed self with a smile. 10/10 would rent again!!

I went in this morning to confirm that the unit I rented online was truly booked and reserved, and met a gentleman named Gilbert who confirmed that the unit was reserved for me and all is good.
Gilbert is awesome, we spoke for about 20 minutes about the facility and the coverage that is surprisingly inexpensive for the unit.
There is lots of moving supplies there also.
The unit is larger and less expensive then any of other companies I seen online.
Excellent...very happy

Great service, from the staff on the phone to in person support. They have been really great with explaining everything, and the hours that they are open (until 10pm everyday) is super helpful and convenient. They are located right outside of the west end of the city which was very close to my home so location was the main reason I chose this place. Very secure, code gate, locked doors, and you get to choose your own lock. Will definitely use this storage place again if I ever need to.
