Brenda was fantastic, she took me to see 2 units to check size and everything. She knows how excellent customer service should be. Koodos to her!

We visited the 1197 Plains Rd E location, and after taking time to understand our storage needs, Brenda and Arina provided professional recommendations that helped us find the right-sized storage unit for our requirements. They were both knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the process. We were very happy with the excellent service we received and had a great overall experience.

Brenda was so nice in setting me up with my 5 x 10 locker with a theft proof lock. I love that I have wide open access to my possessions from 6 am til 10 pm. I know of other businesses that have much more severely restricted hours. Everything is clean and lighting is good while inside. I also love that the locker is climate controlled so I don’t need to worry about my possessions exposed to extreme heat or cold.
