I have nothing but good things to say about StorageMart at 542 Evans Avenue in Etobicoke, Ontario. Renting from them has been an excellent experience with staff who are pleasant, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. They offer a variety of options and go out of their way to ensure that you choose the right unit for your needs. Overall the facility is clean, well-managed, very secure, and I highly recommend them.

It's always hard to get a cart for unloading/loading...one cart had few delivered packages from ups at front..they should keep ups deliveries at front desk. when asked at front desk, he told to find another cart from back of building instead of emptying that cart. Ups packages were still there when I left the storage (after 40 minutes). seems like he is reserving cart for some special customers..

Today I experienced excellent customer service, from the moment I walked in I was greeted dealt with immediately by Sehrish. She showed me unit and filled out all paper work quickly with a smile and a positive attitude. I also can't forget Ray he was busy doing something but toke the time to talk to us and made us comfortable answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Amazing service! We filled out everything online in less than 5 minutes. The next morning when we came to the office, it only took them about 2 minutes to get us signed in. Looking for a storage after I sold my place and came to storage mart at Evan with great reviews. Mr. Grey was very helpful. He showed us multiple units with different sizes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable and affordable. Will refer my family and friends if they ever need storage. Close to my new town house.

Ray and Kratin were a great help in getting us a storage locker on short notice for a great deal. Highly recommended

Add-On Review: I didn’t get a chance to thank Ray again when I closed out my locker after 7 months, but I had no issues at all during my time with StorageMart. The locker was easily accessible, the facility was kept clean and secure, and the process for switching from one size of locker to another, as well as closing out my account, was seamless. Still highly recommend them!
