This place is nicely laid out and is located at a convenient location. Nice and clean lockers. I got a nice enlarge locker for awesome price which no other site can beat. Solon at front desk was very helpful and helped me choose the best prices locker. Great service.

Overall good experience. The facility looks nice, clean and secure. The only issue we had was that we got lost trying to find the storage unit assigned to us. It would be nice to have signs on the doors to tell us where we might be close to.

I used Storage mart Kennedy for 6 weeks and the service and prices were excellent. The move in was initiated online and the move out was easy as well. The staff was helpful and I recommend using them.

Very frustrating start. I was promised a free lock...didn't get it. So on the move in day, I had to leave my stuff there and go buy a $40 lock after speaking to the customer service person. She said I would get reimbursed for the lock that I got. After calling the office the day after, they said they won't reimburse me and that they never knew I was supposed to get a lock. Said they could give me a free one though...after I already bought one and couldn't return. Serious miscommunication between the onsite office and their head office.
Space seems fine though.

I had a lot of stress by moving and I went into this location at Kennedy near Steeles. He was so nice and asked me everything he needed to know to help me. He knew what I needed and showed me the unit and it was perfect ❤️❤️❤️

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this storage company. Four days before my scheduled move-in date, a staff member called me to confirm everything. They reminded me to bring a lock, my documents, and to visit the office to sign the terms and agreement. However, when I arrived on the move-in day, the office was closed — without any prior notice.

I was left alone on the street, in the cold rain, with all of my belongings, not knowing what to do. I called customer service, but they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to come back the next day. This was not an option for me, as I had an early morning flight the next day. Their failure to communicate properly caused me a huge amount of stress at the worst possible time.

What made it even worse was that despite confirming everything with me over the phone and sending move-in reminder emails, they failed to mention that they would be closed for a holiday. If they knew they wouldn't be open, they should have blocked that date from being available in the first place.

Adding to the frustration, they did not issue a full refund — they kept the administrative fee, even though I never received the service I paid for. To even start resolving anything, I was told I had to contact a manager, making the whole situation even more complicated and disorganized.

Overall, I felt completely abandoned and mistreated. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
