I recently rented a unit at Access Storage in North York and was really impressed with Regina and Gary. They were very friendly and helpful addressing all my questions and concerns.

They took the time to personally show me all the different units and helped me choose the one best suited to my needs.

No upselling. No pressure and I found that comforting. This facility is very clean, well-maintained, and secure with good lighting.

I made a minor suggestion and they ended up implementing it within no time. No really they did. That says a lot about how they listen, take your concerns or suggestions to heart as if it was a family run business. Need I say more? 10/10

I rented a storage unit last week at Access Storage and had a great experience. Regina, the manager, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain all the details clearly. She is super friendly and very helpful. :)

The storage facility is extremely clean and very convenient. There are dolly carts available right at the front, which makes moving items much easier for customers. I also really appreciate the 24-hour access. I can go anytime I want.

Highly recommend this location, and thank you again to Regina for the excellent service!

Access is a great storage place! I’ve had such a great experience with this storage company. The team is always welcoming and ready to help with any questions The staffs are super nice, fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Everything is clean, organized. The facility is well-maintained and feels very safe. I appreciate the excellent services of the customer service staff, and the staffs Regina and Gary of 3680 Victoria Park. I had a great experience at Access Storage in North York. From the point of sign up, to the point of moving in has been effortless.
The employees have great customer service skills the tour was quick and the directions were easy to follow. It does allow easy access to storage spaces 24/7 and The storage spaces are very nice. It's clean and well kept.

Visited 31 October to put my stuff as i wasn't able to put it in my apartment. Last minute called them and they showed us the lockers as only limited lockers were available. The whole process was so smooth and the promotion they gave was very economical in this date. Must visit if you really need any sort of locker or supply services.
