The team here were extremely patient while showing me different units and answering all my questions. They even suggested a better unit that suited my needs. Excellent client service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Had a great experience renting a unit here. Answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. The whole signup process was very quick as well, less than 10min and we're able to move in same day. Rates are very well priced as well compared to other local storage companies. Only con I would say is the place is a bit of a maze to find your unit, but most storage facilities are like that so it doesn't really bother us.

I had already been storing with Storage Mart Alden Rd for a couple years and I needed to downsize in storage size. I contemplated moving locations. The sales associates, Winter and Jack, made that transition seem-less and hassle-free! They were so courteous and accommodating.
