Needhu provided me with excellent service as I was clearing out my storage. She was quick and efficient. I would definitely use access storage again should I require storage services. Thank you

Based on my friend's experience, I cannot recommend this storage facility.

My friend stored valuable construction tools here that he had spent years purchasing. Due to a family emergency, he had to leave Canada for a period of time and fell behind on payments. However, he remained in contact with management and later paid the full outstanding balance.

When he returned and opened his unit, most of his expensive tools were gone. He asked management for answers and requested security footage, but was told that it could only be shown to the police. To this day, he still does not know what happened to his belongings.

He is a construction worker, a husband, and a father. Those tools were not luxury items—they were his livelihood. The loss has had a devastating impact on him and his family.

I hope management takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough investigation. Please be cautious and make sure you know exactly what is happening with your belongings if you choose to store them here.

It was a pleasure working with Neetu, who clearly explained the process of ending our lease with Access Storage, making everything seamless. I highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for clean, reliable storage space to meet their needs.

The staff provided excellent service and responded quickly to our needs, which deserves the highest rating. The storage location is convenient, and the indoor environment is well-suited for storing goods. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.

Excellent customer service by the store manager, Mr. Yong Wang. He was very honest and respectful.
The strange place look excellent and brand new. No funny odours sorry I’m doing in the facility.
The storage is very easy to be found. There’s easy access from the back for the trucks and cars.
All the storages are well lit and bright.
I highly recommend this place.

Today, June 21, I revisited my storages again to get a bigger locker.
As usual, Mr. Yong was very pleasant and helpful. I wish there were more people like Mr. Yong in all the professional offices.
Thank you
